Stars, stars everywhere.

Do you have a star quilt or table runner that hasn't been in a show yet? Or are you planning a new quilt, then think stars.

Since the theme of our show is stars let's have lots of them shining at our show.


Our November 3-4 2018 Quilt Show will be held in the

Tokay High School cafeteria in Lodi, CA.

Potential Vendor Information

Dear Vendor,
The Tokay Stitch N Quilt Guild's quilt show, titled “Let the Stars Shine” will be held on

Saturday and Sunday, November 3rd and 4th, 2018

and we are inviting you to participate as a vendor. Show hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Sunday.

The show is at Tokay High School Cafeteria, 1111 W Century Blvd. Lodi, CA. Single booth size is 10’x10’. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN TABLES, chairs will be provided.  PLEASE, NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN BOOTHS.

Vendors must carry their own liability insurance.  Accessibility to the building is good and there is ample loading and unloading space.  Set up time is from 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM on Friday Nov. 2nd.

The Guild requests two gifts from each vendor to use for door prizes.  The fee for a standard sized booth of 10’x10’, is $125.00, $250.00 for a double booth..  No refunds will be given if you are unable to attend.  To reserve your space, please fill in the Vendor Information Sheet and return it along with your check payable to:  “Tokay Stitch n Quilt Guild”.  (CLICK ON

A caterer will have lunch available for purchase.

SPACE IS LIMITED.  Please send your email reply to
julie@wallclan.net and I will provide an address of where to mail the application and fee.  If you cannot attend please consider donating a door prize to advertise your business and help us in raising funds for the guild that promotes quilting and stitchery arts.
